Senior Portraits Don't Have To Be Boring!
Here are just a few of the ways to avoid boring in your senior portraits.

The Apartment. We went upstairs from the studio, threw out 20 years of garbage and dirt and found an amazing 1960s era greenish decorating scheme. It's ugly! It's awesome! And it comes complete with orange couch and authentic peeling plaster walls.

Crazy Eye Thing. Ok, ok, it's not a real good name but it's a really mysterious look. Sixteen individual lights create a starburst eye effect. It's kinda creepy but fun!

The Alley. Luverne has a great historic downtown and out the back door of the studio is the best alley in town. There's crap everywhere! This is probably my favorite background because it changes everyday and I don't have to touch it. The electricians do that for me.

Historic Buildings. The studio is two blocks from most of Luverne's historic buildings. Fortunately they're all public and make great backdrops in the summer and fall.

Underwater. Cool and refreshing, if you can hold your breath! This is a great look in a long dress or with sports gear.

Fire. Fire is good. Fire is hot. We can light your stuff on fire and not harm it, usually.

Wind. An alternative to water and fire, the windblown look refreshing on a sultry summer day.
